The Poetry Project Oral History Project's goal is to record, collect and make accessible oral history interviews with past Poetry Project administrators and other poets and writers who have been affiliated with The Poetry Project since its founding in 1966. The Oral History Project team began interviewing people for this project in the fall of 2011. Currently the collection consists of 3 interviews, but the team plans to add many more as interviews are recorded.
